This new report, released in October of 2015, examines the latest data on secondary school policies and practices relevant to nutrition, physical activity and obesity prevention. The report shows trends and comparisons in policies and practices in effect from the 2006-07 school year through the 2013-14 school year. Findings are based on surveys of administrators at public middle and high schools. Considerable improvement in the food and beverage offerings in American public schools is documented here.
